Right at School at Edgerton staff were notified of interactions by guardian but not did complete an incident report or notify the department by phone or on oncident report within 24 hours per WAC 0475 2 and 3 "situations that occur while children are in care that may put children at risk including, but not limited to, inappropriate sexual touching, neglect, physical abuse, maltreatment, or exploitation."
